• We do not verify, inspect, or guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by sellers.

2. Seller Responsibilities

 

• By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle or have full authority to sell it.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided in your advertisement, including description, images, price, and condition of the vehicle.

• You agree to indemnify Mustang Mania against any claims, disputes, damages, losses, or legal actions that arise from your listing.

3. Liability Disclaimer

 

• Mustang Mania takes no responsibility for false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by sellers.

• We are not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or transactions between buyers and sellers.

• All communications, negotiations, and sales are conducted directly between the buyer and seller, and Mustang Mania is not a party to any agreement.

4. Fees & Charges

 

• Listing your car on Mustang Mania is free for the first six (6) months from launch.

• After this introductory period, Mustang Mania reserves the right to charge a listing fee or commission on sales. Sellers will be notified of any fees before submitting future listings.

5. Removal of Listings

 

• Mustang Mania reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any advertisement at our discretion if it is deemed misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

 

• Mustang Mania may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised .
